What is it?
CreateNetivity.com – the act of networking your creativity.
This website will be a virtual gallery, networking, and education platform for artists, galleries, museums, art-focused schools, etc. I realize that there are other sites out there already doing something similar to this. It is my mission to offer something different than all of the others and will provide a more professional approach to displaying an artist’s portfolio and by giving real critiques and feedback – not just a “good job” sort of review.
Development
Getting an idea such as this into production needs a team. What I need are people who are willing to be part of my team to help me develop this networking and education platform, bringing to life the ideas I have in my head. Since my personal skills and resources are limited to produce such a project all by myself if you are interested in this project and/or are interested in being a partner, please contact me with your interest and skills or resources that you have to offer.
Some of the areas where I need help are: programming, web apps and the background work behind writing websites, designers to help create the look and feel that I want and will appeal to many users, investment capital to help pay for operating and startup costs, advertisers who are interested in placing art-targeted ads on the site, and experts in different areas of art who are willing to provide content to the forum area of this project once it is published. Finally, when the site is launched I will need for all of you who are my artist friends and also collectors of art to join as members to grow and further promote the network.
